Circuit Court decisions are not published and they are not available on the Internet. Probate Court has two divisions. The Mental Health division oversees commitment hearings and guardianship of adults with developmental disabilities. The Estates division handles trust and estate matters, will safekeeping, guardianship and conservatorship. The website includes local court rules and forms, probate court polices, and some basic information and instructions for filling out and filing probate forms. Probate Court decisions are not published and they are not available on the Internet.
