On-line Training Services

The Oakland County Training Center recommends the following free on-line training services through Microsoft as an alternative to the instructor-led program:

• Microsoft Access 2010
• Microsoft Excel 2010
• Microsoft Outlook 2010
• Microsoft Word 2010

Each course includes: Self-paced Step-by-Step Class Instruction, Test Yourself, Hands-on Practice, and an Interactive Quick Reference Card.  For further information, please review the Microsoft Office 2010: How to Access On-line Training documentation found in the Service Center Knowledge Base at sc.oakgov.com.

Instructor-led training services are also available to Oakland County employees and Oakland County Information Technology customers.
