Oakland County's Information Technology User Supports provide training for all Oakland County Cities, Villages and Townships that use the County's mainframe, Internet and Intranet application systems.
All classes are conducted in the Oakland County Information Technology Training Rooms. A student guide is provided for instruction purposes and becomes the property of the student at the conclusion of the class. A maximum of 16 students per class is allowed to ensure that the student receive the individual attention they deserve. Students are provided with their own PC making hands-on experience a priority.

Cancellation Policy: At least four (4) spots must be filled per class. If no more than three (3) spots are filled, the class will be rescheduled and notification will be sent to those who have registered.
Due to the Security Policies in place at Information Technology, an Information Technology employee escort will be required from and to the Lobby area.
