How can Oakland County Government make citizens aware of information and services available on our Web site?

Topic Background:

• In the past, citizens called or drove to County facilities to have their questions answered or to conduct business with County departments. 
  
  
• A transformation began when citizens started to demand the convenience of interacting with their local government without having to physically go to a government office to conduct transactions. 
  
  
• Currently, the County offers many web-based multimedia and eCommerce services which save time and money for both citizens and government. 
  
  
• We are faced with the challenge of how we can make citizens aware of information and services available on our Web site?
