Jennifer L. Radcliff
Chair of the Oakland County Historical Commission

Professional Involvement:
Jennifer holds a B.A. degree in sociology from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois, with post-graduate classes in architecture. In 1980, Clarkston was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, a project she supervised. Four years later, Jennifer oversaw the relocation and restoration of an 1857 home, and prepared the documentation which allowed the use of the federal tax credits. She served as president of the Michigan Historic Preservation Network from 1988 to 2002, and was the primary lobbyist for the 1998 passage of Michigan's state tax credits.

Jennifer is a member of several boards: Michigan Lighthouse Fund (Vice President, State Historic Preservation Review Board (past president), Scenic Michigan (secretary), Michigan Alliance for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, and the David Evans Memorial Award for Historic Preservation. She serves as vice chair of the Oakland County Business Roundtable Quality of Life Committee, and chair of the Oakland County Historical Commission.
