Get Healthy For A Safe Pregnancy


Tips for a healthy pregnancy:

  • See a doctor early for prenatal care  
  • See a dentist for a complete dental exam
    • Dental problems, like gum disease, may cause your baby to be born prematurely
  • Don't smoke, use illegal drugs or drink alcohol
  • Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables and whole grains
  • Avoid second-hand smoke
  • Ask your doctor before using over-the-counter drugs (cough syrups, Tylenol, etc.)
