Oakland County Health Division's Office of Substance Abuse Services (OSAS) Communicable Disease/HIV Services provides the following services:
- Training for treatment providers in Oakland County about HIV/AIDS, STD's, TB and Hepatitis A, B and C.
- HIV counseling and testing at substance abuse treatment sites in Oakland County.
- Educational presentations to clients in treatment programs.
