Nurse on Call Program

The Nurse on Call (NOC) provides a telephone service for questions and concerns about health and general welfare. The NOC program has a toll-free telephone number for residents outside of the Pontiac area. The nurse can assist in finding:

• Medical Care
• Transportation for Health Care
• Food Resources
• Answers to questions regarding communicable diseases, nutrition, as well as maternal and child concerns
