Oakland County Older Adult Services
The Oakland County Health Division provides public health nursing services to older adults that includes:
- Telephone and home visits for functional and safety assessments

 Talks (PDF file size 82k) and counseling to senior centers, community groups and housing sites
- Outreach flu clinics in the fall
