Michigan Smoke-Free Law Information
Beginning at 6:00am on Saturday, May 1, 2010, Michigan residents and visitors will be prohibited from smoking in all restaurants, bars and businesses (including hotels and motels), due to the Dr. Ron Davis Smoke Free Air Law.
