HEALTH DIVISION OFFICE FLU SHOT CLINICS

Flu shot are now available at these Health Division Offices (Pontiac, Southfield & Walled Lake ).


HOURS

Monday: Noon-8:00 p.m.

Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.


COST/PAYMENT

$7.00.  Cash Only.  Medicare & Medicaid accepted.


WHAT TO BRING FOR QUICK & EASY SERVICE

  • $7.00 cash, exact change preferred.
  • All Insurance Cards.
  • Photo identification with current address.
  • Wheelchairs or other assistive equipment and language translators if needed.
  • Wear a short sleeve shirt or roll your shirt sleeve to the top of your left arm.


WHO CANNOT GET A FLU SHOT?

Flu vaccine is not recommended for people who are allergic to eggs or flu vaccine; had a serious reaction to flu vaccine in the past; previously developed Guillain-Barre syndrome within six weeks of getting a flu shot; or who have a fever.
