Healthy Oakland Partnership (HOP)


Healthy Oakland Partnership (HOP) is a collaboration of local government, hospitals, health care providers, community based organizations, business, and citizens.


HOP Provides:

  • Information regarding healthy food choices and physical activity
  • Promotion for health and wellness policies in schools
  • Support to local health initiatives

HOP Activities:

  • Annual Family Market Day at the local Farmers Market
  • Promote events focusing on physical activity, such as Walk to School Day
