Brush your teeth twice daily and floss daily (any infection even a cavity can cause premature labor)
Achieve your healthy weight
Eat healthy, 5 servings of fruits & vegtables a day
Make sure your immunizations are up to date
Don't smoke
Don't drink alcohol or use street drugs
Consult a physician regarding using over the counter drugs, herbs, and nutritional supplements. Make sure they are safe during pregnancy.
Avoid second hand smoke
Exercise
Avoid exposure to radiation, xrays, lead, or other possible toxins
Manage your stress level, seek support for issues that cause you stress
