Mini-Food Sanitation/Basic Food Safety
Each month, Oakland County Health Division offers the Basic Food Safety Class. This class is designed to teach basic food safety fundamentals to food service personnel. The class focuses on the 3 main causes of foodborne illness and ways to control them.
