Who: Restaurant operators, food service managers, or anyone interested in food sanitation is welcome. Participants must live, work or have corporate offices in Oakland County. Priority will be given to those who work or live in Oakland County.

Attendance: Attendance is expected for the duration of the class. To prevent classroom disruptions please arrive promptly and do not leave early. Failure to attend class may greatly reduce the ability to successfully pass the class.

Please be advised, once enrolled for a class, there will be NO refunds. It should also be noted that students are not permitted to transfer to another class unless arrangements are made 10 days prior to the start of the class in which they are enrolled.
