Parent Locator (Divorce)
The Friend of the Court has several resources for locating parents. These resources are used to locate a parent for the following:
- To collect support.
- To enforce custody and parenting time orders.
The parent's full name, social security number, date of birth, race, and sex must be known to use these resources. All requests for locating services should be made to the Friend of the Court in writing.
If the parent is known to be living out of state, the Interstate Support Unit has additional resources to locate and verify a parent's address and/or source of income.
