Statutory Fees (Divorce)


Support orders (i.e., Judgments of Divorce, etc.) in Oakland County require that statutory fees be paid along with support payments.

If you pay:

Weekly: Fees are $0.80
Biweekly: Fees are $1.60
Semimonthly: Fees are $1.75
Monthly: Fees are $3.50

The amounts listed are the total of the statutory service and processing fees. Please be sure to include the additional amount with payments.
