  • Oakland County Jail Renovations – Interior renovations to office areas, medical clinic, records, construction of new cell pod.
  • Oakland County Sheriff’s Work Release Facility – New construction of 398 bed facility
  • 52-4 District Court, Troy, MI - Renovation of existing building and building addition.
  • 52-3 District Court, Rochester Hills, MI – Construction of new Courthouse and Sheriff’s Office Substation
  • Oakland County Executive Office Building – Adaptive re-use and total renovation of existing building and site
