Role: Head of the Emerging Sectors™ Program, which seeks to attract the top 10 emerging business sectors and the premier 10 producers in those sectors to Oakland County. Also oversees the Economic Development & Community Affairs Division, which includes Community & Home Improvement, Planning & Economic Development Services, Waste Resource Management and Workforce Development, Marketing & Communications.

He is the owner of DeDonDa, a real estate firm, and Toffolo and Associates, a development firm. He previously served as Director of Oakland County Community & Economic Development, and as President of Hudson's.
