During the 1990s, participated in the county receiving awards for its annual financial report, budgeting processes, and popular report -- one of only a few governmental entities in the State to receive all three awards
Strategically designed, implemented and operated various major computer projects in Oakland County, including, but not limited to:
OAKNet (400-mile fiber optic network connecting the county with cities, villages and townships)
CLEMIS--the largest law enforcement consortium in the nation, involving roughly 140 police and fire departments in a six-county region
Fire Records Management System (28 fire departments in a consortium)
Daddow received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He began his career in 1974 working at Ernst & Young until 1991, where he was the partner in charge of the southeastern Michigan government practice. He briefly also worked as an independent contractor for Gordon & Company, CPAs in 1992.
