The Oakland County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is committed to assisting local fire departments in bridging a gap between required plan submittal and having useful information readily available for emergency response.
The purpose of this survey is to provide local fire departments with up-to-date, condensed information to help them respond to a hazardous material incident at a facility. This survey should be completed by facilities that meet Section 312 of SARA Title III.
