Tornado Siren Test Schedule


Oakland County Emergency Response and Preparedness will be testing the outdoor warning siren system in 2008 on:

...The first Saturday of each month at 1:00 p.m., with the following exceptions:
  • April 9 (Wednesday) at 11:30 a.m. (Special test in recognition of Severe Weather Awareness Week).
  • April 5 (Saturday); cancelled due to SWAW testing.
  • Siren tests are NOT conducted during December, January or February due to winter weather.
