  • Interactive Voice Response System accessible by telephone.

Customer Support will be provided in the following ways:

  • Face-to-face customer service at the One Stop Shop Center.
  • Telephone customer support for those accessing from a home or business computer.
  • Telephone customer support for those without access to Internet technology.
  • E-mail and postal mail support for questions, service delivery and other information.
  • Continued face-to-face support for walk-in service requests.
