Current Focus

Ms. Nagy is a Technical Assistant for Oakland County Planning & Economic Development - Emerging Sectors program.  She conducts research on emerging sector companies and to support the marketing efforts of the group.  In addition Nancy provides coordination and logistical support for trade missions, trade shows and other group activities.   Nagy also provides assistance to the Business Roundtable Economic Development Committee and Capital Growth Taskforce.  Her main area of focus is working with the Emerging Sector program.

Professional Background

Prior to joining Oakland County Planning & Economic Development, Ms. Nagy worked at Automation Alley for four & one half years as an Executive Assistant coordinating travel, working with member services, as well as coordinating activities for the Executive Director and Director.  Ms. Nagy also has fourteen years experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance Business as well as seven years experience in the Mortgage Industry.

Education

Ms. Nagy attended Lawrence Technological University for insurance courses as well as several business courses offered by Oakland County.
