Rewold Drain Phase III, City of Rochester Hills

The Rewold Drain Phase III will be located in parts of Sections 23 and 24, City of Rochester Hills. The final scope has not been determined but will potentially include improvements in three separate areas: drain enclosure along Rainier Road, detention of overland and open channel flows north of Hamlin Road and west of John R Road and open channel improvements west of Dequindre Road.

Plans and specifications will be prepared by Hubbell, Roth and Clark, Inc. The revised Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost has yet to be determined. Mike McMahon, P.E. is the Water Resources Commissioner's Office engineer assigned to the project.

A bid date for the project has not been determined.
