City of Lathrup Village - Footing Drain and Houselead Rehabilitation Project

The project will consist of approximately 60 sump pump/ footing drain disconnects, 5,850 l.f. of 12" diameter through 24" diameter storm drains, and rehabilitation of approximately 28,144 l.f. of 8" diameter through 24" diameter sanitary sewer.

Giffels-Webster Engineer, Inc. is the consulting engineer for the project. Glenn Appel, P.E., Assistant Chief Engineer and Sid Lockhart, P.E. are the Water Resources Commissioner's Office engineers assigned to the project.

The estimated project cost is $1,998,400.00. Fall 2007 and summer 2008 bid dates are scheduled. The project is funded by a grant from the EPA.
