Franklin Sub-Watershed Hollyhock and Springwater Site

West Bloomfield Township


The project consists of the construction of approximately 820 lineal feet of 15" to 36" diameter storm drains to correct an existing subdivision drainage problem in the vicinity of Springwater and Hollyhock Streets, located in Section 26, West Bloomfield Township.

Hubbell, Roth and Clark, Inc. was selected as the consulting engineer for the project. Gary Nigro, P.E. is the Water Resources Commissioner's Office project engineer assigned to the project.

Bids for the project were received on December 12, 2006. The construction contract was awarded to Macomb Pipeline and Utilities Company for their low bid amount of $135,319.00. Construction commenced in February 2007 and the project was completed in the fall of 2007.
