Illicit Connection/Discharge Training Program
The Illicit Connection/Discharge Training Program was developed jointly by the Wayne County Department of Environment and the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner's Office.
The goal of the training program is to educate both Oakland County and community personnel on what an illicit connection/discharge is, how to spot an illicit discharge and how to prevent illicit connections from occurring. It is made up of four unique modules:
