Oakland County, Michigan - December 2, 2006

An awards ceremony was held at Cranbrook Institute of Science on Saturday, December 2, 2006 for the 12 winners of the Kids’ Clean Water Calendar Contest. Each winner received a framed calendar page of his or her winning drawing.

The talented dozen also took home other prizes including a pass to the Fridge, the toboggan run at Waterford Oaks County Park, in Waterford Township, a gift certificate to the Cranbrook Institute of Science gift shop and drawing supplies. The fourth and fifth graders were treated to lunch and were invited to visit Cranbrook’s museum.
