Deny Responsibility

To deny responsibility and receive a court date, the respondent must sign the back of the ticket and circle the words "deny responsibility."

The respondent must either mail or bring a copy of the ticket by the date specified on the ticket. A notice of the Informal Hearing date will be mailed to the respondent within approximately two weeks.
