Admitting Responsibility
Respondents who elect to pay the ticket must make payments within 14 days of the issuance of the ticket by the date specified on the ticket:
Payment made after the specified date could result in late fees and/or suspension of the respondent's driver's license. Visit our Methods of Payment page for more information about how to pay.
Upon admitting responsibility, the violation is reported to the Secretary of State, which then posts the offense to the respondent's driving record and assesses points.
