Marriage Information

The 52-4 District Court Magistrates perform marriage ceremonies for the general public. Wedding ceremonies are only held for individuals who live in Troy or
Clawson. Please contact the district court at 248-528-0404 for scheduling a wedding.

• Full name of Groom
• Full name of Bride
• Desired Wedding date and time
• Phone number of bride and groom

• Marriage License (obtained from the Oakland County Clerk's Office)
• Two Witnesses (the court will not provide witnesses, you must bring your own)
• $10.00

Please Note: Ceremonies are held Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays at 3:00p.m. and 3:30 p.m..
The court does NOT supply witnesses.
