 Landlord-Tenant Filing Fees for Posession & Money Judgement
 Claim is $600 and under  $70
 Claim is $601 - $1,750  $90
 Claim is $1,751 - $10,000  $110
 Claim is $10,001 - $25,000  $195
 
 Landlord-Tenant Service Fees
 If the Defendant lives in Troy or Clawson  $29 per Defendant
 If the Defendant lives anywhere else in Oakland, Macomb, or Wayne counties  $45 per Defendant
