Marriage Information

The 52/3 District Court Judges and Magistrates perform marriage ceremonies for the general public.  Contact the District Court at 248-853-5553 at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date that you would like to schedule your wedding.

• Last name of groom
• Last name of bride
• Desired wedding date
• Day time phone number of either bride or groom

Ceremonies are held on Mondays at 11:00 a.m.

• Marriage License (obtained from the Oakland County Clerk's Office)
• Two Witnesses over the age of 18
• $10 marriage fee
