 Claim is $601 - $1,750  $45.00
 Claim is $1,751 - $3,000  $65.00
 Small Claims Service Fees
Serve by Court's Process Server

 $21.00 per Defendant + mileage fee
Mileage Fees (billed by Process Server)  .6675 cents per mile

Serve by Certified Mail

  $10.00 per defendant in addition to filing fee
