Sentencing Options - Community Service

As a possible condition of probation, community service may be ordered.  The hours can be completed at a non-profit organization. Examples include schools, nursing homes, libraries, the Salvation Army, places of worship, the Humane Society and Boys and Girls Clubs.  Suggestions at specific agencies are listed at the link below.  This does not apply if the probation order indicates the  Alternative Service Program (asp).
