Sentencing Options - CHEC
The Court Holiday Enforcement for the Community (CHEC) is an alcohol testing program. Defendant's sentenced to probation on an alcohol related driving charge along with a no alcohol provision are ordered to the program. Letters are sent to defendant's with dates and times to submit to testing. The testing is usually done at JAMS locations. The following is a list of testing occasions:
