Claim is $600.00 and under $25
Claim is $600.01 to $1,750.00 $45
Claim is $1,750.01 to $3,000.00

Fee for Court's Process Server
(billed by process server) 		$21 per defendant
Mileage Fees
(billed by Process Server) 		rate flucuates
Certified Mail (per defendant) $10 to be included with the filing fee

* $20 fee required on ALL motions, 2nd summons and alternate service.
