The Clerk's Office works to keep the information in this system up-to-date. Delays in entering case information into the system may occur.

Identity

Do not assume that the person listed in a case file is the person you are looking for. The court cautions employers, credit agencies and others to verify identity before taking any adverse action against a person whose name appears in this database. Additional identifying information may be available in the case file. Contact the Clerk's Office for assistance.

Felony convictions

Do not assume that a defendant was convicted of a felony based on the case type. The case type only reflects the original charges against a person. The charges may have been dismissed or the person convicted of a lesser offense.

Information about confidential cases is not available on-line.
