File the proper motion and brief, a notice of hearing (leaving the date for the motion to be heard blank)

The Court may schedule the motion date for oral argument upon receiving the paperwork and will send notice to the appropriate parties. If you would like the Court to contact you prior to scheduling the motion to confirm a motion date, please request this in writing in your cover letter.
Effective October 1, 2003, a $20 motion fee is required on all motions. If paying by check or money order, make check or money order payable in U.S. funds to 48th District Court
