Mission Statement

"Our Mission is to minimize jail and/or prison lengths of stay for non-violent offenders.

We will provide a continuum of supervision, sanctions and services that promote behavioral change.

We will conduct individualized assessments of offenders to develop a comprehensive plan to assist in their rehabilitation so as to reduce criminal conduct and mitigate risks to public safety.

We will manage our resources efficiently and effectively and make our programs available to Oakland County Communities.

As an employer, we will provide a work environment that recognizes the value of each person and encourages his/her growth and development.
