Oakland County Elections Division

 

 

 

 
The Elections Division of the Oakland County Clerk/Register of Deeds Office is responsible for printing ballots, overseeing and maintaining permanent records of election results of all countywide elections, regular elections and special elections. Other duties include assisting local clerks and citizens in interpreting Michigan Election Law and Campaign Finance Law according to state statutes. We also maintain permanent records of the Board of Commissioners' resolutions and minutes.
