Legal Records/Set Aside Conviction
Set Aside Conviction forms can be filed at the Oakland County Clerk's Office when sentencing has occured at the 6th Circuit Court.
In order to have your conviction set aside you must not have any other convictions on your arrest record. Compete instructions are on the back of the SCAO (State Court Administrators Office) form and can also be found at the SCAO website.
Instructions for setting aside a conviction in Oakland County are as follows:
Submit your completed  Application to Set Aside Conviction (file size 32k) to the Oakland County Clerk's Office. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
