Birth, death, marriage and assumed names records, as well as required forms for concealed pistol permits and passports, are just a click away. You can search property records and find key information on upcoming elections.

Check out our popular new Court Explorer service, allowing online users to view basic Oakland County Circuit Court case information and order court documents for a nominal fee. Doing business with an unfamiliar company? Consumers can protect themselves by reviewing the company's legal history.

In addition, our new FRAUDCHECK service - believed to be the first in the country - helps homeowners fight deed fraud. This free, online service will allow you to check whether any unauthorized documents have been recorded against your property.
