Elections Division Information:

The Elections Division of the Oakland County Clerk/Register of Deeds is responsible for printing ballots and overseeing and maintaining permanent records of election results of all countywide elections, regular elections and special elections.

The Elections Division now offers a new service - Absentee Ballot Tracker . This service allows you to track your application and absentee ballot through the election process.

Campaign Finance Information:
Duties of the Elections Division include assisting local clerks and citizens in interpreting Michigan Election Law and Campaign Finance Law according to state statues. Campaign Finance Forms are available at the State of Michigan website.

Campaign Finance information is available online! This feature allows searching the Campaign Finance database and viewing documents.

Board of Commissioners:
The Election Division also maintains permanent records of the Board of Commissioner resolutions and minutes.
