The Library CARD Project is a joint effort with more than 25 Oakland County libraries to enhance access to public records overseen by the Oakland County Clerk/Register of Deeds Office. Our office has provided each of the local libraries listed below with brochures and a step-by-step instructional manual to help their patrons access and order the documents they need.
Available are birth, death and marriage records, online marriage license applications, property records, election resources and Oakland County Circuit Court records, as well as a wide array of other information and services.
