This is a community-based aftercare programfor high-risk youth, 12 to 18 years of age, to strengthen their successful reintegration into their home community.
We provide intensive family services and utilize a menu of contracted services to address the needs of each youth.

Employment opportunities
Educational opportunities
Recreational opportunities
Substance abuse treatment
Daily living skills
Anger management
Conflict resolution
Participants in the program will have:
Individualized treatment plan
Frequent face-to face contacts with Circuit Court Juvenile Intensive Casework Staff
Access to community and private services to support the youth and their families
Probation rules to follow
Support to family members
180 days of aftercare service
