Pursuant to Administrative Order 2007-3, e-service has been approved as an acceptable means of electronic service with documents filed through Wizenet's e-file & serve.

How am I added to a service list so that I receive documents filed on a case?

You must attach yourself as a Service Contact on any case you are involved in.  You are responsible for maintaining that information and keeping it current.

Can I use e-service without filing a document with the court?

Yes, by choosing service only as your filing type.  Through the service only, the documents will not be filed with the court.
