The Criminal Assignment System is overseen by the Criminal Assignment Committee. This committee is comprised of five Circuit Court judges and five attorneys. The Committee meets bi-monthly, or at the discretion of the chairperson, to review new applications. Office Location: Second floor of the Courthouse- West wing.
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Policies and Procedures: Contains information regarding general operating rules, the application review process, and the reclassification review process.
Criminal Assignment System Categories: Applicants who have been approved and received their point score, will be assigned to one of four classifications, ranked by charge.
