Caseflow Unit

The basic function of the Caseflow Unit is to track a case from the day it starts through completion. Within the basic function, many events occur. Civil cases are scheduled for pretrial, case evaluation, hearing and trial. Criminal cases are set for hearings, trials and sentencings. Miscellaneous motions are docketed by the Caseflow Clerk. The Caseflow Clerk also processes adjournments of already scheduled events.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Unit (formerly Mediation Department):

ADR is responsible for the Court's Case Evaluation and Mediation.

E-Praecipe for Motion Training This is the online training for the new Praecipe process.

E-Praecipe for Motion This is the online application for filing a Praecipe. This process will replace the paper document for e-filing cases.
